Vitas-M Laboratory turns selected molecular structures into real samples on the researcher’s bench.

Vitas-M supplies physical small molecules for biological screening, assay development and lead optimization. We work with medicinal chemists, assay development teams, molecular modelling groups, academic labs and procurement departments that need orderable compounds, clear molecular data and human support.

Vitas-M has supplied screening compounds and organic building blocks for research since 1998. The catalogue includes about 1.4 million small molecules available for cherry-pick selection, compound list matching, structure search and identifier-based search.

Our focus is practical: physical compounds from stock, not virtual items. Researchers can search for molecules by Vitas-M catalog number (STKxxxxxx), SMILES, chemical name, MFCD, ZINC ID, InChIKey, structure or similarity.

For selected cherry-pick compounds, we confirm stock availability, sample amount, price and delivery details in a specially tailored individual quotation. A cherry-pick list can include anything from one compound to several thousand small molecules.

We also offer organic building blocks for combinatorial chemistry and hit-to-lead optimization synthesis.

A portfolio of curated libraries is available for the first approach to a new target or a new project, including diversity libraries, fragment libraries, focused libraries and assay calibration reference sets.

From selection to supply

You can send us Vitas-M IDs (STKxxxxxx), SMILES, InChIKeys, CAS numbers, MFCD numbers, ZINC IDs or chemical names as CSV, TXT or Excel files, or as an SDF file. When exact compounds are unavailable, analog search or practical replacement options can be reviewed on request.

Vitas-M supplies research samples from 1 mg to 5 g per compound. Quantities above 5 g per compound are not supplied. Samples can be prepared as dry powder or DMSO solutions, in glass vials or Matrix plates depending on your project requirements.

Procurement and delivery

Vitas-M ships internationally by UPS and FedEx. If your institution requires shipment through your own UPS or FedEx account we can use it.

We work through common procurement and payment platforms including Ariba, VWR, Coupa, Jaggaer, Advanced Marketplace, Conextrade, Zageno, BioProcure, Reaxys, CDD Vault, BIOVIA, Chorus Pro, Thermo Fisher, eMolecules, Transepta, Ramp, Bill.com and Workday.

Every request receives human review. We check compound identifiers, availability, sample amounts, shipping route and quotation details manually giving you an individual approach instead of generic automated replies.
